All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on a Friday will be shipped the following week.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We will happily accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 14 days of receiving your product.

Full priced items are eligible for returns. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.

Remove jewelry before washing hangs, showering, swimming, using household cleaning products or doing physical exercise.

Store each piece separately to avoid scratches. We recommend using the pouch provided with each purchase.

To clean your piece, gently wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.
