Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided. It will include your order number, billing and shipping address, style name(s) and number(s). Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with estimated delivery date and your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
For all purchases, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on a Friday will be shipped the following week. For more information, please email us at  contact@shop-nour.com

We do our best to ensure that your orders arrive to you on time. Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

We will happily accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
  • Returns showing signs of wear or damage in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Full priced items are eligible for returns. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
  • If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.

  • Nour is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

We carefully check each item before shipping but in case any of your products arrive damaged or efective, please email us at contact@shop-nour.com within one week of delivery to request a replacement. Please include a picture and brief description of the damage/defect.

Copper is the base material used in our pieces. The base metal is then plated in 18K gold or rhodium. Our earring posts and earrings backs are done in sterling silver. We also use 18K gold plated brass in some of our necklace clasps.

Our jewelry is designed in NY, made in Brazil, and finished in Rhode Island.

We create our pieces using a traditional Italian Electroform technique of jewelry making that consists of the deposition of a metallic coating layer (in our case copper) over a resin prototype. This technique offers the possibility of creating three dimensional shapes that are hollow, ultra-lightweight and incredibly durable.

The perforations allow for the resin to be drained from the interior of the pieces in the process.

Our pieces are crafted in the high-quality materials and are made to last. With proper care they will maintain their appearance for years to come:

  • Remove jewelry before washing hangs, showering, swimming, using household cleaning products or doing physical exercise.
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to makeup, oils, lotions, and perfumes.
  • Store each piece separately to avoid scratches. We recommend using the pouch provided with each purchase.
  • Store your pieces in a cool, dry place.
  • To clean your piece, gently wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth. Avoid any abrasive materials when cleaning, as they can scratch the plating. This is vital to keeping your piece in the best conditions.
