We will happily accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 14 days of receiving your product.
Return Policies
- All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
- Returns showing signs of wear or damage in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Full priced items are eligible for returns. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
- If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.
- If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please email us at contact@shop-nour.com within 5 days of delivery to request a replacement.
How to Return an Order
- To initiate your return, email us at contact@shop-nour.com.
- Include all original packaging and your return packing slip inside the shipping box.
- NOUR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item.
- Receipt and inspection time may take up to seven business days.
